A bootcamp style class using kettlebells, TRX Suspention trainers and various body weight exercises to give you a nice blend of strength and conditioning. If your not familiar with the kettlebell swing, get-up, goblet squat and press contact me! It doesn't have to be perfect but being familiar with the lifts helps.
Restorative Flow Yoga
Tuesdays @ 6pm
You will move through a series of posture with a focus on breath. Perfect for beginners, athletes and anyone looking to de-stress as well as improve flexibility and strength.
